Missing Person - Please Help

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Missing Person - Please Help

Post by George Horn »

Hey all,
I'm worried about my friend David, snooker and pool player at J-Snooker.
I don't have any news since 17th December and his phone is blocked.
Please , any information you can give me will be priceless...
Family name, places he stays and hangout etc.
Here is his picture....

It is believed he lives on or near St 172 as he is seen frequently on 172, having breakfast etc.

Any info will be very appreciated.

Dear OP
Don't be offended, but how do we know you are actually his friend and not someone with ulterior motives?

hmmm....
-friend
-doesn't know family/surname
-frequents 172
-knows him from J-snooker
-phone is now blocked
-OP seeks information, specifically a surname and places the guy can be found at.

My guess is you're "worried" he won't repay the money you lent him.
The details aren't important ... but if he does owe you money at least be up front and say so.

wow, a tough crowd
I know and have known lots of people only by their first names and some never knew where they lived>

Oh yeah? That sounds like a bribe to me - I'll give you $100 not to tell him what you know!

He's 'found' and safe. He went 'missing' because he lost his phone and waiting for money from home. Thanks a lot, people, even to those sad skeptics.

I remember him from SHV, he has lost a lot of weight (but probably not on his legs).
