Cambodian boxing star busted for methamphetamine in Thailand

Cambodian boxer Sok Thy, who is currently pursuing a career in Thailand, has been arrested on charges of using methamphetamine.

Thai police arrested Sok Thy in front of a gas station on the evening of November 29, 2022 and found 5 methamphetamine pills hidden in the bag.

Sok Thy confessed to buying methamphetamine from a drug dealer in Rangsit Khlong 1 village, after which police arrested him

Sok was sent for a urine test at Noppharat Rajathanee Hospital and declared to be meth-positive.

Kun Khmer Flyweight World Champion Sok Thy is from the Banteay Meanchey province and already has hundreds of bouts under his belt.

I wonder if when Thais see Cambodians they can tell where they are from, and visa versa?

Maybe it's the way they dress, like I can usually tell if someone is from Germany or France or even the nordic states.
