We report on all arrests and deaths of foreigners in Cambodia, and the details often come from the Cambodian police or local Khmer journalists. As an ASEAN news outlet, we also publish regional news and events from our neighboring countries. We also share local Khmer news stories that you won't find in English anywhere else. If you're looking for a certain article, you may use our site's search feature to find it quickly.

Sources at the scene said that prior to the incident, a white Ford Ranger with license plate Phnom Penh 2BS-9622, driven by an unknown young woman, was seen traveling along Monivong Blvd at a tremendous pace from south to north, when suddenly it hit the sturdy concrete road barrier.
Fortunately, nobody was hurt in the incident, and the mysterious woman driver calmly climbed out of her smashed up car, got into a tuktuk, and quietly fled the scene before police arrived.

After the incident, the local police of Sangkat Phsar Thmei II contacted the traffic police to get a crane to remove the car and store it at the Land Traffic Office of the Phnom Penh Municipal Police, waiting for the car owner to come and sort out the official procedures later.
