Drunk Policeman's Shooting Alarms Locals
Camodia News (Phnom Penh): At 9:00 pm on July 31, 2022, a 29-year-old police officer called Uy Heang was arrested for shooting 3 bullets after drinking alcohol in the KSS Coffee Shop in Sangkat/Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh.
The suspect lives in house #F11, Krol Kor village, Sangkat Kilometer 6, Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh, and works as a police officer for the Boeung Keng Korng 2 police station.
According to the source, there was a big drinking gathering at the KSS Coffe Shop, and the drunk policeman just walked outside the shop into the street, pulled out his gun, and started shooting at the sky three times, for no reason at all and without any warning.
The local residents and the people at the gathering were shocked by the man's behavior and they called the police. Several people at the gathering were called in for questioning, and the suspect was held in custody for further proceedings.

UPDATE
August 2, 2022
Commune deputy police chief held for shooting in Phnom Penh restaurant
[excerpts]
A commune police deputy chief was yesterday arrested for allegedly shooting three bullets in a restaurant in an inebriated state in Phnom Penh.
Maj. Bunny said that on Sunday evening, the suspect and his three friends dined and drank a lot of beers at KSS Coffee. At around 9.30 pm, the suspect who became drunk, walked out of the restaurant alone and withdrew a pistol from his waist and fired three shots into the sky facing the restaurant.
“After the shooting spree, he went inside the shop as if nothing has happened and continued drinking with his friends,” he said.
However, residents alerted the police who rushed to the scene in motorbikes and saw the four men drinking inside the restaurant.
While questioning them it was found that the commune police deputy chief was the culprit and he was taken into custody. They also seized his pistol along with five unused bullets. It was later found that the firearm did not have a licence.
He is now being temporarily detained at district station for further investigations.
He will be charged with possession of unauthorised weapon under Article 490 of the Criminal Code, and faces six months to three years in prison.

Let me guess, because I think Anchor is usually harmless piss water, there must be something stronger in those orange liquid drinks on the table?

Is that really it? A case og Anchor and they start shooting? Take more than that for someone I know, at least a little liquor on top.

What’s the point in joining the police force if you can’t recklessly shoot your gun when the mood takes you?
