We had food there 2 weekends ago.
The place had just opened and iirc they only had a limited menu.. burger or wings. Kids shared the wings and fries that came with the burgers. Food was good value and the burger patty was a decent size.
Nice booth seating outside, which i like as then the kids dont disturb those eating inside.
I would eat there again and try some of their other offerings.

That's good news, that corner looks like the a bit dreary while used as Real Estate Agency owned by Chinese group.

A welcome addition as 'decent' food option are a but limited along that stretch.
