George Karelias and Sons, found em in this Chinese minimart next to the parking lot of The Penthouse Residence, the one with the rotating skybar. Eight bucks a pack, not as good as the blue box but better than anything else I've run into in Phnom Penh.

Anyone know where to get good tobacco, like Stokkebye , Bali Shag or American Spirit? I can't smoke globo homo or low end local trash. chinese imports, the affordable ones taste like industrial byproducts, or you got the so-so ones, which are waay overpriced at $25 to $80 per PACK.
