Receiving a new ATM card from Austria

My bank ( Erste Bank Austria ) refuses to include my phone number in the address field for the shipping of my new ATM card to Cambodia.
They also wont do tracked shipping.
DHL is also not an option for them, only international postal service.
What are the chances my card will ever make it to my address?

So far I made 5 phone calls and wrote 25 emails and messages, just to have a phone number included in the address field.
I also contacted the company that makes the cards, they said it would be not a problem at all, but they need the info from the bank.
I forwarded this message to Erste Bank and they said they can not do it.
Never ever talk bad about banks is my advise to you guys.

Just get a adress there for 1 day (anmelden kann vermieter/familie ohne dich) send proof to bank (Meldezettel) and send new card to new adress. Find someone to forward it with DHL or something. Easy.

I am from Germany but got my bank account in Austria 10 years ago when I was living there. Trotzdem danke.

I picked up my new ATM card today at the local post office with no problems.
It took roughly 3 weeks to get here.
