Two Teenage Boys Arrested After Snatching a Bag from a Foreigner

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): The specialist police arrested two teenage boys for snatching a bag from a foreigner at 1 pm at a noodle shop, house no.31A, street 288, Sangkat Bueng Kengkorn, Phnom Penh.

The suspects were identified as Pong Sovanheng, called Ahen, 15 years old, and Hak Vanchai, 16 years old. The unidentified foreigner didn't file a complaint.

The police confiscated a Nex motorbike plate PP1IL-7061, an iPhone 7 Plus, and iPhone X. The suspects with the evidence were detained at Khan Bueng Kengkorng police station for questioning and case preparation for submitting to the court.

Best to stop these two gangster's in their tracks of crime, putting them on a straight and narrow road.
