Already doing that the past few nights. Sorry, pics not clear but he try for 'office' type look with laptop bag and his tie sticking up in the air.

Does he actually stand stationary in the middle of the road ?, or is he just walking across it when the pictures were taken ?

This guy loves changes. Last time I saw him he was standing there looking West, here he's looking to the East.

He's not just standing there, sometimes he also shouts all the wisdom inside him out, and he waves a book.

Cambodia doesn't spare the mentally challenged ones.

If I remember this guy correctly, he is a yank ......Watched World Series games with him at the old Shiva Shack....Was married to a Cambodian with 3 kids (which she left him with)....And his bread and butter was teaching.....
