Short Man Arrested for Raping 13Yo Girl and Making her Pregnant

Cambodia News (Preah Vihear): On April 28, 2020, at 22-year-old man, Sum Horm, called Kren, was arrested for raping a 13-year-old girl many times over the past 6 months until she got pregnant, and then he was discovered, in Peuk village, Chey Sen district, Preah Vihear.

The police said the suspect had intimidated the girl and he had been raping her since October 2019, repeatedly. When the victim became pregnant, the truth came out. After the arrest, the suspect was sent to the Department of Human Trafficking and Minor Protection at Preah Vihear police station.
