There’s always been something a little rock’n’roll about the original Top Gearcrew – and now Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May are releasing their inner rocker once more, by paying homage to one of the greatest bands of all – The Beatles.
It looks like Clarkson and co are in Cambodia filming the new series of The Grand Tour. While in the town of Siem Reap they posed for a picture with the infamous Pub Street sign in the background. The photo is highly reminiscent of The Beatles cover for their iconic Abbey Road album.

I thought it had been scrapped after 3 seasons. Is this season 4?
I gave up after 2 episodes of season 1...

^^Same. I didn't make it to the end of Season 1 either. Same with the new Top Gear UK.

I guess they have started filming the Cambodia section of the show.
https://www.radiotimes.com/news/on-dema ... s-no-tent/Where is The Grand Tour season four filmed?
Jeremy Clarkson told the audience in the season three finale that he had been working on season four “for some time”.
Clarkson, alongside presenters Richard Hammond and James May, are reportedly scheduled to start filming in June.
In an interview with the Sun, Clarkson confirmed that locations for season four will include Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore.

The Grand Tour Hosts Are Racing Boats Through Cambodia and Vietnam in a New Special
This looks like one really watery adventure.
By Brian Silvestro
Nov 22, 2019
The Grand Tour, as we know it, is a car show. Its hosts, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May, do and talk about things that are usually, in one way or another, related to cars. The show's latest special takes things in a different direction.
The Grand Tour revealed its first trailer for a new one-off feature-length special coming this holiday season, and it's all about boats. Racing boats through Vietnam and Cambodia, to be specific.
That's right, this time around the British trio are challenging themselves to navigate Mekong Delta, a series of complex rivers, peninsulas, islands, and streams that snake throughout southern Vietnam, to see who can reach the other side the quickest.
The trailer gives us a good look at what sort of boat each of the hosts have chosen, and they're ask wacky as you'd expect. Clarkson shows up with a military-like service boat meant for police duty. May went for an older wooden boat that looks like it would be more suited to Lake Como than a Vietnam river. Hammond went for a full-on speed boat, complete with some extremely Nineties graphics.
As with any of The Grand Tour's specials, there are plenty of hilarious antics, close calls, and clever pranks in store. The full special will be available to Amazon Prime members on, December 13, 2019.

If you enjoy noise pollution and obnoxious driving practices, Phnom Penh is the place for you!

Knob heads in my book - and for sure will ignore or trash everything i hold dear about the Mekong and the Tonle Sap.
But that's just me.
At least somebody has the imagination to get on these wonderful wonderful waterways before they become extinct.
De Lagrée, Garnier and the whole French Mekong expedition were fools.
I am a fool.
These guys are fools.
Foreigners just foolin' about in boats.
It is a rare but enduring Cambodian tradition - In the Kingdom Of Water there should be more of it.
