Open to considering new apartments
As some of you know I was involved in a pretty serious fire a few days ago, and althpugh the landlord's efforts to keep me as a customer have been commendable, there's only so much he can do and only so fast. So, regrettably, I guess I'm in the market for a new apartment.
.
Ideally I would like to be in Beoung Rang, Chatomok, or BKK1, I am open to widening the search as long as I stay east of Monivong. Furnished, quiet, recently remodeled 1BR or stidio. Need ice-cold A/C. Price negotiable based on value & location.

Sim Rattana took me around quite a few places on his moto when I first arrived and helped negotiate the rent down as well.
