Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): According to a Facebook post by Savin Phillip, at 3:01 pm on June 6, 2022, Kong Monica, a TV star died of a heart attack.
However, Oknha Heng Long posted a Facebook post later that day, at 9:17 pm, stating that the TV star had died from a complication following a breast implant operation. This claim, which is for the moment unsubstantiated, created a backlash online from the victim's relatives and supporters, urging him to not publish hearsay and untruthful information.
According to the relatives, the victim suffered from chronic stomach disease and couldn't eat or take medicines causing her health to deteriorate.
