BELTEI English Teacher Carl Swaalf Caught With His Pants Down on Street 182 in Phnom Penh

A foreigner identified by his students on Facebook as Carl Swaalf from England was seen walking naked all over the place on street 182, block Borey Keyla Thmey market located in Veal Vong commune, 7 Makara district, Phnom Penh. Police in Veal Vong have questioned him and currently are looking for his family. This event happened around 10:20 am on 1 July 2016.
According to comments of facebook, he is apparently a teacher at Beltei.

So, if you know this guy please take some clean pants down to the station at Veal Vong.
Maybe he's just sick. But, picked up by the police at 10am , butt-naked in the streets of PP, does not look good...
(Sorry to make light of his misery, but have to say that PP is out-sh--ing Sh--ville these days.)
