Takeo Provincial residents have gathered to dig for gold at a field

Takeo: Prek Ptool commune, Monkol Borey district, Takeo provincial residents have gathered to dig for gold at a field after hearing that a cowboy found 2g of gold.
The sources told that, the cowboy found a jar that contained gold while some other gold were also found almost 2g at the other parts of the field above. Since then, the residents, lived at Prek Ptool commune, Monkol Borey district had gathered to dig for gold at that location until now.
Some people often found gold and strange artifacts since the area was a royal palace in an ancient era, added the source. Until June 5, 2016, The Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts had stopped the residents from digging, but they refused, claiming that, it was not an illegal action, but it would be their great fortune if they had found the gold.
