Siam Reap: Siam Reap provincial police had arrested a man, accusing of snatching a handbag of a French woman on May 17, 2016 at Dragon Bridge, located in Trang village, Slorgram commune, Siam Reap district, Siam Reap province. The perpetrator's name is Prern Ter, male, 38, a journalist for Reachsey Press, located in the same location above. According to the French woman, she cycled to her friend's house at Veal villaage, Kokchok commune, Siam Reap city and her handbag was in the bicycle bucket while she was coming back home unfortunately, there were two men were on their motorbike snatching her handbag successfully.

Now one of the perpetrators who was arrested has been sent to provincial court on May 25, 2016 for a legal action.
