Phnom Penh: A truck hit Steng Meanchey bypass rail, crashing into an electricity pole at 7:00 am on May 25, 2016 at BengSalang commune, Toulkok district. The source told that before the incident, there was a truck driven along street 271 from northern to southern unfortunately, it hit the bypass rail, crashing into an electricity pole while the driver was driving downward from the bridge without slowing down. According to the witness, there were about 3-4 people in the truck had escaped after the incident occurred. Meanwhile, the truck was confiscated to keep at Police Traffic Bureau, waiting for a legal procedure.
