A Vathank Sopheap Company bus was driven chasing an ice-cream car

Bathombong: A Vathank Sopheap Company bus, plate number Phnom Penh 3D-0882 was driven chasing an ice-cream car along the street and made surrounded people surprised.
It occurred at about 12:00 pm on May 3, 2016 at a traffic light point, along street 57 A, located in Watkor village, Watkor commune, Banthombong.
According to the ice-cream seller, his wife and him were selling ice-cream, driving along street 57A from eastern to western and after they reached the traffic light point where he was not allowed to turn left, he then alongside to the right side and stopped there. Unfortunately, there was a Vathank Sopheap Company bus, plate number Phnom Penh 3D-0882 was driven chasing his ice-cream car, threaten to compensate for the crash. However, there was an intervention from the residents nearby and the bus driver decided to leave from the scene.
