Thief Arrested For Stealing a Belgium Man's Phone Near Wat Phnom at 3:00AM in the Morning

A man was arrested immediately after snatching a Belgium man's phone at 3:00 am on April 25, 2016 along street 102, corner Sisovat Street, Wat Phnom commune, Dounpenh district.

The suspect's name is San Piseth, 30, male, no specific job and shelter. The victim's name is Sander Chess, 29, male, Belgium, work as an engineer.

According to the source, before the case occurred the victim had leaved out from a guest house nearby riverside with Motordup along Sisovat street. When he reached the scene point, he was showing his phone to illustrate motor driver where his location was. Unfortunately, there was a suspect came and snatched his phone. However, the foreigner tried to run after which mad police patrolling nearby could arrest the perpetrator.

The foreigner man has given back the phone and the perpetrator has been sent for a legal action.
