One man used overload drug and burned his mother's house

Phnom Penh: One man burned his mother's house, damaging all the property. This event occurred on April 16, 2016 at Toul Key village, Plerng Ches Rotes commune, Pursen Chey district.
Police said that, the perpetrator's name is Tourn Davin, 27, used overload drug, causing a ridiculous act. The victim's name is Doch Chanta, 51, farmer, the mother of the perpetrator. Though the house was burned, the house was just a little bit destroyed, but all the property was damaged since there was an intervention from 4 fire trucks and armed forces 70 police.
The perpetrator was arrested and sent to Pursen Chey police station immediately for a legal action.
