Three Filipino were arrested accusing of using fake dollar note, $360

Kep: On April 10, 2016, three Filipino were arrested by Kep police, accusing of using fake dollar note. The three suspect's' name are Suazo Catherine, female, 42, passport number EB5425123, Acebido Jaime, male 43, passport number EC0092306 ( incorrect copy) and Gubuan Dehmee, female, 33, passport number EC5066463 ( incorrect copy).
They have been currently sent to immigration department on April 11, 2016 for a legal action.

Report that I read
https://kohsantepheapdaily.com.kh/article/142780.html says they were arrested for "asking for contributions" (រៃអង្គាស) (i.e. to a 'charity') but it is suspected they were using monies raised to support themselves. They were subsequently found to have over stayed their visas.
They're to be deported.

Yes filipinos are the worst people ! Be it in their own country or visiting. I witnessed it personally by Filipino guys in Bangkok Thailand way back in 1981 - first time I ever met a filipino there. Then of course many more times in Philippines itself esp in Angeles,Subic and Manila. And just in 2014 had fake 1000 peso note passed to me from some female in cebu city.
