Speeding Foreigner in a Mazda CX-5 Hits and Injures Cambodian Man in Sihanoukville
Sihanoukville, Cambodia: A foreigner driving a Mazda CX-5 (licence plate number 2AE-0338) hit a Cambodian man who was on a motorbike at Tom Nop Rolurk near Sihanuk Vill harbour at 7:00 am on March 3, 2016.
According to Huy Bunleng, witnesses say it was the foreigner's fault, as he was speeding through traffic.

9 out of 10 times its the moto that's at fault as they have no idea how to drive and the cops won't stop them from their bad driving habits.

It's always the foreigners fault because they have money and the accident wouldn't of happened if they weren't there! And I'm sure the 200 or so locals that quickly gather after any small accident will tell you that!
