Nine years old girl abducted by a group of foreigner men

I can't confirm the authenticity of the story yet it was reported to the police by the parents.
At the moment there was a couple came to police station and claimed that their nine years old daughter was abducted by a group of foreigners all are men. The girl was walking from school to her home. The accident happened around 12:00 pm at ream village, prey nop district, Sihanoukville.
