HE. Ngek Bun Chay declared a new political party called National Unity Party

Phnom Penh, According to Koh Santepheap Daily News, the second deputy director of Funcinpec declared a new political party called National Unity Party and he will use the old logo from Puncinpec party for this new one. The declaration was taken place at this house located in Chroy Changvar commune, Chroy Changvar district.

So much and so little to say about Neak Bun Chhay. Totally cool 1997 video. Somebody must have paid him at least the price of a Prek Leap dinner and drinks with friends. I predict he will take no less than 0.2% of the vote, thereby dealing Ranariddh an electoral deathblow.
