Pieter Ceulen escaped justice in Belgium and is believed to be living in Siem Reap. Interpol have put out a wanted notice.

This has been discussed OTOF for some time now. I don't make a habit of copy and pasting their info, but it seems to me that the more noise about this the better. It's in a good cause and not everyone reads TOF. Share this on Fb or whatever social media you use.
Ceulen has been convicted by a Belgium court to 19 years prison for disgusting crimes against babies and small children, and is now "hiding out" in Cambodia, so this is not a witch hunt but an attempt to see that justice is done for his victims. Besides this, Pieter Ceulen has shown no remorse and there is reason to believe that he is still dangerous to children.
There is no extradition treaty between Belgium and Cambodia, but if there is enough pressure on social media the Cambodian authorities may decide to deport him to the Netherlands (he is Dutch), from where he could be handed over to the Belgium police.

Le condamné était un homme d'affaire néerlandais établi à Anvers jusqu'à ce que le FBI le signale à la justice belge. On a retrouvé chez cet homme, près de 400.000 photos de pornographie infantile. Il est également reconnu coupable d'abus sexuel, sur trois de ses 4 enfants adoptifs. Des fillettes d'origine cambodgienne.

He was found in possession of more than 400,000 photos of child porn. He has also been found guilty of sexually abusing 3 of his 4 adopted children; girls of Cambodian origin.

Ceulen adopted 4 Khmer kids (3 girls) and posted their rape pics on his network. He also set up an orphanage. He was grooming other kids in the PI . Believed to be hiding in siem riep.
