Police Raid in a Foreigner’s house who allegedly stored and distributed cannabis

Kampot: According to Fresh News Asia, around 5:40pm on 12 January 2016, police had raided into a Foreigner’s house who had allegedly stored and distributed cannabis. The house is located in Sovan Sakor village, Kampong Kandal commune, Kampot city, Kampot province.

The raid was carried out after having received the approval from the municipal court. During the raid police found dried marijuana and other stuff.
The identity of the foreigner and the weight of the dried marijuana are not identified yet.

I hope expats are taking notice that the police seem to be cracking down on foreigners who have marijuana, and not just dealers.

Cambodian police confirm the owner of Fat Cat is indeed American. Well, that's what they told the Khmer Story Times, unless T. Mohan is already putting his brain farts to pen and paper again:

Police in Kampot province arrested seven foreign nationals yesterday evening on charges of producing and selling marijuana at a bar in Kampot town.
 
Provincial Police Chief Brigadier General Mao Chanmakthurith told Khmer Times that the arrests were made following an investigation by his officers and complaints from locals. The suspects are currently being questioned in police custody.

“We do not know their nationality and we are not sure all of these people were involved in the crime. The pub owner is an American,” he said, adding that in the group, five are men and two are women.

And this article, which talks about a Yan Demyanov being involved in a heroin drug deal in Boston was also caught carrying syringes:

"When officers were allowed into the condo, they reportedly found three men, including Tesik-Gliken, sitting around a coffee table covered with several needles and small plastic bags. Officers handcuffed Tesik-Gliken and searched one of the other men, Daniel Deychman, reportedly recovering a capped syringe, tourniquet, glass pipe and a green substance believed to be marijuana. The other man, Yan Demyanov, was reportedly carrying syringes as well."

Police said Tesik-Gliken’s phone also received several calls and text messages following his arrest that “appear to outline that he is in fact engaged in the sale of narcotics,” according to a police report.

So, if it's not him, we have 2 different American males from Boston, Massachusetts named Yan Demyanov that seem to be involved in drug deals while carrying around syringes.

I can almost hear the murmur of assholes puckering all across kampot weed friendly bars.

Demyanov also apparently commented on a youtube video titled "How to Survive as a Heroin Junkie" though it appears the comments have been removed and all that remains are replies to his comments:
