Ukrainian Woman Had Her Bag Snatched Consisting 1000 USD While She Was On a Tuk Tuk
Phnom Penh: According to
Koh Santepheap Daily News, An Ukrainian woman got out of the bus then took a tuk tuk heading to her guest house then there were two people on two different motorbikes came closer to her and snatched her bag that she put under her legs.
This incident happened around 10:30 pm on 15 December 2015 in front of Pich guest house along street 144 corner of street 19 in Phsar Kandal II commune, Daun Penh district.
The victim said, in her bag consisted 1000 USD and an HTC phone. She is 24 years old and currently she is living in Russia.
She had made a complaint with police at Phsar Kandal II police station. She will go to the embassy tomorrow to ask for help repatriate her back to the country.

All of these type incidents be it foreign or local victims seem not to be so uncommon. I wish someone could make a time bomb or something to go off right in the guys who do this type of thing just at the right time to blow his head off or at worst to cause him a life time of blindness or something else very undesirable ! I would try and do it myself except for the a-hole TSa agents etc. who prevent one from carrying bomb making chemicals etc. even in his checkin baggage. Of course I would like even more to kill all TSA agents, baggage inspectors etc.
