A man arrested for stealing a bicycle and a cock
Pursat: according to kampuchea Thmey Daily News, a man named koh Kern, 30 years old living in Steng Ler village, Kandeang commune, Kandeang district, Pursat province. He managed to steal a bicycle and a cock by tightening up the door to prevent the owner to come out. Later the house owner asked her son in law to cut the rope and the man was arrested and sent to police station.
