A thief was beaten to death by mob
Phnom Penh: according to Koh Sentepheap Daily News'scorrespondent, one suspect among two was beaten to death by mob after he stole a motorbike. The event happened around 12:00 pm on 01 November 2015 located in Schounpich village, Kanthong commune, Po Senchey district.
According to source: The theft is about 20 years old, male, unidentified. He stole a motorbike, Dream 2008 with number place 1A-0559 belong to Bun Thoun, male 37 year sold originally from Koh Kong province, but currently residing in Kandal province. The owner said, his wife drove this motorbike to take the grass that he cut for hi cow, then she parked it in the side of the road, then there were two people on one motorbike and stopped next to his motorbike and started breaking the lock. He managed to break the lock and drove away. The owner saw it and screamed theft. Therefore, people arrested one of them and began to beat to death.
