thats a killer blow right there, i would doubt he was sleeping if he took a blow that hard behind the ear and across the top of the head, the attack would have come from the side or behind, probably while he was sat by the beach

Why didn't they steal his bike? Looks like a "revenge killing".

Going from the Huh Bunleng pics, he had a blanket and some of the pieces of wood were quite large and square, so could be either scenario, but you're probably right, makes it a brazen brazen murder. Wonder what the motive was, His pickets were inside out, but seems over the top to kill this guy that looks like a bum, unlikely he's rocking up to the beach at 7am for a swim with a few hundred in his pants.

Nobody steals a Yamaha Nouvo, for the same reason they never steal a Suzuki Step. They're a liability more than an asset.
Surprised none of the Vic Hill crowd has chimed in yet, surely somebody knew the guy.

Wouldn't be surprised if it was a few methed out boys that play at the fish game arcade just at the end of the beach. Some of those addicted deadbeats would kill for a tenner just to play a few hours more.
