A newborn baby was wrapped around in a black plastic bag and left behind in Steng Mean Chey district
Phnom Penh: According to Koh Santepheap Daily News, A tuk tuk driver found a newborn baby was wrapped around in a black plastic bag and left behind along Veng Sreng Street located in Tamnak Tom 3, Steng Mean Chey commune, Mean Chey district around 3:00pm on 27 October 2015. The shocking event caused many people to come around to take a look at it.
The tuk tuk driver said, he saw that black plastic bag since 12:00 pm, but he didn’t notice it. Then, around 3:00 pm he went to pick up that plastic bag as he had some empty drinks cans at home and he wanted to use that plastic bag to pack them. Unexpectedly, it wasn’t a blank plastic bag. It was heavy and it seemed like there was something inside it. He untied it and shockingly he found a newborn baby, unfortunately the baby already died.
