Conman James G Eglitis (Oz) and Brett Hastie (NZ) Arrested for Robbing Learn4Life English Teacher in Siem Reap, Cambodia

2 Foreigners, James Guido Egnlitis from Australia and Brett Hastie from New Zealand have been Arrested For Robbing David Scotcher from England, who is an English Teacher at the Learn4Life School in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
Siem Reap: According to a complaint by the victim name David Scotcher, male, 66 years old, British national, English teacher, staying at Steng Thmey village, Svay Dangkoum commune, Siem Reap City, Siem Reap Province, reported to the police that two foreigners entered his house, abused him and took away his passport and a camera on 29 September 2015.
After having received the complaint, police in Siem Reap started investing and finally the two foreigners were identified.
According to Cambodia's National Police website, on 23 October 2015, police arrested the two suspects at their house. First, Eglitis Guido James or Guido James Eglitis , male, 68 years old, Australian, retired. He was living in a rented house located in Mondol III village, Slorkram commune, Siem Reap city, Siem Reap province. Second, Brett Michael Hastie or Michael Hastie Brett, male, 44 years old, New Zealander, who is a contractor. He was living in Slorkram village, Slorkram commune, Siem Reap province.
They are being detained at the immigration department and will be sent to Siem Reap court for further legal action.
James G. Eglitis has had a life-long career of crime, and even being wanted for questioning over the death of the journalist and filmmaker David Walker, who was murdered in 2014. He was called, "one of the more notorious of the boiler-room salesmen" by a federal prosecutor. He pleaded guilty to fraud in 1998, which involved a precious metals sales scheme.
According to Brett Hastie's LinkedIn page, he is currently the Project Manager at Northbridge Construction (with Construction Management and Architectural Consultants?), Director of International Freight Logistics NZ ltd., and formerly the Project Manager/Site Supervisor for Tara River Boat.
