German Tourist Robbed by Glue-Sniffers at 19 Happy House

A German woman was eating in 19 Happy House restaurant with her friends and then a group of three glue sniffers walked in and snatched away her bag

Phnom Penh: According to Koh Santepheap Daily News, a foreign woman from Germany had her bag snatched by a group of three glue sniffers. She was eating with her friends in a restaurant located at street 13, Phsar Kandal I commune, Daun Penh district, around 09:50 pm on 06 October 2015, then a group of three glue sniffers walked in and snatched away her bag.

The victim's name is Leonie, 21 years old, from German. Her bag contained Visa cards and a Camera.

Kids are getting bolder. But were the girls sitting "in" the restaurant, or outside on the pavement ?
And did they catch the glueys ? Didn't think glue would help you run fast.

This is really bad while having your foods and someone came in and snatched away your valuable properties. Cambodia really needs to tickle in glue sniffers children. poor the German girl.

this was filmed in England, only 2 people said mate, but we use the word all the time
Mate is an old Middle English word, that first came about 500-1000 years ago, every other country that use it is because of us lol
