Sihanoukville: Korean Arrested For Kidnapping Another Korean

Sihanoukville, Cambodia: Police in Sihanoukville under the direct leadership of General Chhun Narin have arrested a Korean man who was accused of kidnapping another Korean for 300 million won which is equal to $250,000 USD. This crime happened back in Korea.
The correspondent of Dap news reported that this Korean man is a member of the mafia. He later was sent to the anti-terrorism department for questioning.
The embassy of South Korea in Cambodia issued a warrant for Cambodian police to arrest this man after they received a complaint from a victim in Korea.
