An African man accompanied by his Cambodian girlfriend drove their car to hit local house along street 371
Phnom Penh: According to Dap News, there was an accident happened around 1:40 on 13 August 2015 along street 371 located in Beoung Tompun commune, Meanchey district, a black man accompanied by his Cambodian girlfriend drove their silver Camry car with number plate 2Q-6153 to hit people house along the street 371 which resulted in the damage of gate and fence.
According to report, after the hit, the black man tried to flee the scene, but unfortunately his car was not working. So the African man got out of his car and tried to solve the problem with the house owner. However, the house owner was really mad and didn’t want to solve the problem there, immediately the black man also was mad with the house owner as the house owner refused to sort out the problem. After he called 6 of his friends to come to talk with the house owner, but it didn’t make any different. So they finished the discussion and let the traffic police to bring the car to the police station and waiting to sort it out later on.

Less of the color, more of the nation . Please. Or how about 'Man Drove His Camry to Hit People's Home'? Or even 'Person Drove Car to Hit People'? Lol
And why we're at it- the preposition 'to' when used in this structure infers that the person actually meant to drive into the gate (at what looks like 30MPH!), with intent, and not by accident.
I always f*cking hated that gate!

I don't think many people would be amused if we allowed 'Yellow/brown man crashes car over road divider', for instance.
