Sihanoukville: Police arrested Charles William Emery involved with drugs last night (6/18/2015) at district #3. A lot of drugs were found and confiscated. The foreigner is English national, name Emery Charies Willim, 48 years old.

Supplied a British man (Charles William Emery) suspected to be involved in drug-store distribution enforcement was arrested along with several exhibits at 21 pm the night of June 18, 2015 30 3 3 Ville neighborhood.
Colonel Lieutenant Tak Sarith Chief Anti-drug of the provincial police, Sihanouk noted that after the investigation in detail for several weeks ago on the night of June 18, 2015, the force's been pursued up to the location, and the raids and detaining subjects who are foreigners, along with exhibits, some too.
Suspect named EMERY CHARLES WILLIAM (Charles William Emery) 48, a tourist staying 3 Ville neighborhood. When arrested, law enforcement seized - (powder grams white transparent 3 package weighs 12.4 grams - methamphetamine installation Afghanistan methamphetamine (WY) 57 goals - scale drug 3 powder white 1 package moto 2 units - the phone number 2 units - drug methamphetamine 81 tubes sleeping pills 1 box oil marijuana bottles for drugs, the number 1 and the material some.

Yup X, I got some that looked like that a couple years back.. If he was smoking Ice, the Diazapam is a must.

Looks more like Yabba to me. I've taken a lot of MDMA over the years and never seen a bright red pill version of it.
