Phnom Penh Court of Appeal and Attorney General Move To New Location

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On 8 December 2022, the Court of Appeal of Phnom Penh and the Attorney General of the Court of Appeal of Phnom Penh announced that the Phnom Penh Prosecutor's Office will relocate from the premises of the Ministry of Justice, Samdech Sothearos Blvd., Sangkat Chey Chumneas, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh to a new location at the Court of Justice building on Lot B, OCIC Development Zone, Lok Ta Krahorm A Street, Prek Leap Village, Prek Leap Sangkat, Chroy Changvar District.
The move will be effective from Monday, 3 January 2023 onwards. This was made in order to better organize the workplace and the courtroom, and the Phnom Penh Court of Appeal has requested a postponement of scheduled hearings from 2 January 2023 to 31 January 2023.
Meanwhile, the daily administrative work and the provision of public services by the General Secretariat of Administration of the Court of Appeal of Phnom Penh will be working normally.
