Market Security Guards Watch Motorbike being Stolen

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): At 12:00 midnight on 25 June, 2022, a delivery man left his motorbike in a parking area with security guards at Midtown Market and went into the market to fetch some goods, only to return to find that his motorcycle had been stolen under their watch. The location of the theft occurred along Street 2004, Sangkat O Bek Kam, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh.
The victim is 22 years old Ya Hong Chhay, who rode a black Honda Dream 125 Series 2020 (1AK-2733) transporting goods, was stationed in Midtown Market. When he asked the security guards what happened to his bike, they told him that a suspect had arrived just before his return, broke the lock of his motorbike, and took it away.
The victim filed a complaint at the administrative police station in Sangkat O Bek Kam requesting that police search for the suspect and retrieve his motorcycle.
