Homeless German, Quarantined in Koh Kong, to be Deported from Sihanoukville

Cambodia News (Koh Kong): On May 16, 2021, a German man was sent to the deportation department, after spending 14 days in quarantine in Koh Kong. He was detained by local authorities when he traveled from Veal Veng district, Pursat, to Koh Kong without a passport.

The police reported that the German man is named CHRISTIAN KARIM HENRICH, 50 years old. He drove a motorbike from Veal Veng district, Pursat, to Koh Kong without a passport or other relevant documents.
They say that the foreign man was questioned in Koh Kong on May 3, 2021, and they discovered that the man was homeless and without documents. He was placed in quarantine for 14 days, and then on May 15, 2021, after the quarantine, the German man was taken to the Deportation Department of the Immigration Department in Sihanoukville.
