Battambang Gangs, Black Moon and U21, Arrested After Bloody Fight

Cambodia News, Battambang: According to the National Police General Commission, on May 9, 2021, following the direct instructions of Major General Sat Kimsan, Commissioner of Battambang Provincial Police, criminal police have cracked down on gangsters causing anarchy in two public places and arrested two groups of bloody youths.
Lt. Col. Chhoeung Kimsong, Chief of the Minor Criminal Police Office, reported that the two gangs met up twice to fight, and police arrested 14 gang members, including 10 members of the Black Moon group and 4 members of the U2I group. Police confiscated two knives and an ax.
Colonel Sun Sovann, Sangke District Police Inspector, said that the district police inspectorate has arrested gangsters who caused anarchy in two public places, once in front of Sala cafe, and again on a road in Sangke district. They are all being held in detention.
