Man Attacks Ministry Mailbox with a Stick

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): A man on drugs went crazy in front of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts and damaged the mailbox, on May 8, 2021, at 7 am, on Preah Norodom road, Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkarmorn, Phnom Penh.
The police reported that the suspect, who is aged about 30 years old, turned up in front of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, and started yelling while he attacked the mailbox with a stick. He was dressed only in his underwear and some socks.
The police overpowered the suspect and arrested him immediately.
