F-I-L Stabbed in Family Quarrel

Cambodia News (Preah Vihear): On April 14, 2021, the police from Tbang Meanchey district arrested a 26-year-old man, Kang Sophal, who stabbed his father-in-law with a knife in Thbang Meanchey district, Preah Vihear.
The victim, Theng Bunthoeung, a 52-year-old man, was seriously injured in the attack. The reason for the attack was a family squabble which got out of hand and became violent.
After a complaint filed by a 77-year-old woman, Oeung Khan, the victim's mother, the police arrested the suspect and prepared the case to be submitted to the court at Preah Vihear.
