Russian Tycoon Nikolai Doroshenko Arrested in Sihanoukville

Sihanoukville, Cambodia: Russian businessman Nikolay Doroshenko has been arrested at Snake House Restaurant, much to the delight of Sergei Polonsky, his big adversary here in Cambodia.
He was arrested on charges of counterfeiting documents, forgery of signatures and breach of trust.

They are military police.
I don't see Nikolai in the pictures only Ostap. Last I heard he was in the immigration dept. Don't think he had anything to do with arresting his father.
