Looks like it's after russian market, around the Chinese embassy.

Yeah, I was guessing around the back of Russian Hospital towards the Chinese Embassy but couldn't get a decent view. The smoke seems to have dissipated now so hopefully it's been controlled.

Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): Police found the bodies of two people dead in a warehouse fire at Lot 5, Village 4, Street 358, Sangkat Toul Svay Prey I, Khan Boeung Keng Kang, Phnom Penh on January 29, 2021.
At this time, the competent force is examining the bodies of the two victims. Also present at the autopsy were Phnom Penh Governor Khuon Sreng, Mean Chanyada and Phnom Penh Deputy Police Chief Major General Song Ly.
Before the incident, there was an explosion from the warehouse above and the flames caused a surprise, immediately residents reported to the police to call the fire trucks to intervene; the police confirmed the complete warehouse was destroyed.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.

Warehouse blaze kills two in capital
Two people died in a warehouse blaze which also destroyed three neighbouring houses in the capital’s Beong Keng Kong district on Friday night.
The Ministry of Interior’s Fire Fighting Department said in a report yesterday the fire began at 12.30am and engulfed the warehouse in Toul Svay Prey I commune.
It named the deceased as Soy Dar, 27 and Pros Van, 32, both workers at the warehouse in which zinc products were produced.
Fire police used 16 fire trucks to extinguish the fire.
The report said the blaze was brought under control at 11am on Friday.

Two men died in a fire that broke out at a warehouse belonging to the Long Phuong Cambodia & Asia Co Ltd located in Boeung Keng Kang district’s Tuol Svay Prey I commune, on the morning of January 29, according to reports by the Phnom Penh municipal fire prevention department on January 31.
Phnom Penh municipal fire prevention department director Prom Yorn told The Post that firefighters found two male workers, Soy Dara, 27, and Vann, 32, had died in the inferno.
“According to our preliminary investigation, the two victims may have died from smoke inhalation since the fire began while they were asleep,” Yorn said.
