Young white couple was arguing and fighting on the street, then they lost their smart phone. The villager found it and asked them some money as prize.

Phnom Penh: A young white couple went to a club and then they were arguing and fighting when the left the club in which caused them to lose their smart phone. The phone had been found by the villager and He didn't want to take that phone, but he asked the couple to give him $30 as prize, however they refused and they started arguing which caused surprise to the villagers and later the police came to intervene. This incident occurred around 1:10 am on 17 March 2015 along stree 172 in Phars Thmey Bei commune, Daun Penh district.

At last, the young couple agree to give $30 to the one who had found the phone in order to finish it.

How nice was the phone? $30 could be a lot or a little depending on the model. Either way, the couple should have offered something.

I think they well get on well after this experience :p

I bet they've come out of pontoon and she was giving him a grilling for his wandering eyes/hands. A nightly occurrence, oh and that food cart does great late night grub, they also have a khmer restaurant right next door, both owned by a local copper.
