19Yo Girl Stabbed by Her Stalking Ex-Fiance

Cambodia New (Kandal): On November 08, 2020, at 11:30 pm, a 19-year-old girl, Keo Moukim, was seriously injured after getting stabbed by her ex-fiance on the street, in Sangkat Deum Mean, Takmao City, Kandal. The suspect, Ra Borey, 23 years old, ran away to escape. The police found a 9 cm knife.
Before the incident, the suspect and the victim were engaged to be married, but they broke up because the suspect used drugs, and he often attacked his girlfriend. Then after the break up, the ex-fiance continued to hassle the victim by trying to contact her. On the incident day, the victim's father took the victim to the suspect's house and asked him to go to the police station with them, because of his harrassment.
On the way to the police station, the suspect used a knife to stab the victim under the ribs. The victim was bleeding; she passed out from her wound and was sent to hospital. After that, the suspect ran away to escape.
Police are still searching for the suspect to arrest him for attempted murder.
