Drunk Man Attacks a Car and his Neighbors

Cambodia News (Banteay Meanchey): On October 27, 2020, a 36-year-old man, Sieng Veasna, was arrested for using a cane-cutter on his neighbor in Veal Hat village Malai district, Banteay Meanchey. The neighbors said that the suspect is known for always trying to attack people whenever he gets drunk, but this time he also got angry with a car.
On October 27, 2020, at 4:30 pm, the suspect was drunk and carried a long-handled 1,20 meter knife to attack a car, plate no.BTB2A-1091, which belongs to a 71-year-old man, Oeun Savoeun. Then, he tried to attack a 67-year-old man, Chey Jim, but his victim ran away. After that, he turned to attack the car owner, causing him to get slightly injured.
The police arrested the suspect while he was attacking people and sent him to the Malai police station.
