Homeless Man Dies on Phnom Penh Sidewalk

Cambodia News(Phnom Penh): On October 28, 2020, at 10 pm, a homeless man was found dead in front of a house on the street 271, Sangkat Tuek Laok3, Khan Toul Kok, Phnom Penh. The victim, who was homeless and had a mental illness, hasn't been identified yet.
The local people last saw the victim, who wore old clothes, walking around at the scene about 4 or 5 days ago. After that, they realized that he was missing, and people walking in that area complained of a bad smell. When they realized that the victim was dead, they reported the case to the police for examination.
After the examination, the police concluded that the victim died of a heart attack. RIP.
