Masked Man, 'Captain Chaos', Busted for Drugs

Cambodia News (Kampong Chhnang): On October 22, 2020, at 12 pm, Kampong Chhnang police collaborated with the specialist police, to crack down on drug trafficking in Sangkat Ksam, Kampong Chhnang city.
Police arrested 24-year-old Vietnamese man, Ngeing Yangvang, wearing a full-face mask and carrying a sword, like a super-hero. (No cape though, alas.)
The authorities confiscated the weapon and a packet of white crystals, which was identified as methamphetamine or ICE.
