'Wonder Woman' Captures Huge Python in Kandal

Cambodia News (Mondulkiri): A 20kg python got caught by a strong woman at some people's house in Kandal before it was released into the conservation forest in Keo Seyma district, Mondulkiri.
The Ministry of Environment reported that the local people collaborated with the park ranger to release a python to the natural forest on October 16, 2020. The python was caught at a house in Koh Thom district, Kandal. After that, the local people requested the park ranger to release it to the forest in Mondulkiri.
On October 14,2020, an account named Phing Phing Love posted a picture of a woman who carried a python and put it into the bag. The post wrote that " Sopov Pon commune, Koh Thom district, Kandal, got flooded and a 20 kg python went to the people's house. I caught it for releasing in Mondulkiri. Please be cautious, because flooding in the village makes the snakes come into people's houses. "
